CanMar Recruitment is proud to present, CanMar Career Day – A Virtual Job Fair on July 10th 2020.
During these unprecedented times, we have taken the initiative and social responsibility to take our #changinglives movement to the next level. We wanted to give back to the community and think less about what the industry can do for us, and more about what we can bring to the industry.
Recruitment has never been about filling seats for us, it has never been just a job. We are here to raise the community, create opportunity, and change the lives of those in need. We believe in equality, diversity, inclusion and opportunity for all, we don’t see colour, we don’t see race and we don’t see gender, we see passion, commitment, resilience and potential.
We at CanMar are delighted to present CanMar Career Day, more than just a virtual job fair or a chance to connect with candidates. For companies, this is an outlet, a marketing and PR opportunity to showcase their brand and get their name out in the industry.
For candidates, it’s a chance to get an insight on the current state of the industry, where it’s headed and what kind of roles will be available in the near future.
We have created a safe space for companies and candidates to grow our industry, and participate free of charge. This is our way of giving back, we have been blessed to work in such a supportive, caring and flourishing industry, we wanted to do our part to continue recognizing cannabis employers and the future of cannabis.
Now more than ever people need a reason to believe, they need a light to shine through these uncertain times. We are ready to restore hope and prosperity to the community and industry that has been so fruitful and welcoming to us. We are excited to showcase a variety of employers, allowing them to emerge stronger than ever. We are ready to assist in lifting up businesses of all sizes and give them a platform to share their job opportunities and connect with our community.
We are ready to bring this platform to thousands of unemployed, to hopeful candidates and to help them find opportunity, help rebuild their future and restore their faith in the cannabis industry.
This isn’t about CanMar, it’s about changing lives and creating opportunities. It’s not about what the industry can do for us, it’s about what we can do for our industry.
CanMar Career Day will be taking place on July 10th, with registration required via the CanMar Career Day page.
