Making Weed Tea With Cannabis Oil Or Butter

What You’ll Require

  • Cannabis oil or butter

  • Teabags or loose leaf tea infusers can be used to steep loose leaf tea.

  • A water-boiling pot (or a kettle)

  • Water

  • Other flavoring components you prefer, such as honey, milk, or cinnamon

  • A cup to sip from

  • A spoon

Instructions

Step 1: Fill your cup halfway with cannabis butter or cannabis oil (ideally infused coconut oil).

Step 2: Place a teabag or loose leaf tea in a tea infuser in the mug.

Step 3: Bring water to a boil in a saucepan or kettle.

Step 4: Pour boiling water into your cup and whisk with a spoon until all of the cannabis butter or oil has dissolved completely.

Step 5: Stir in any additional ingredients, like as honey or a cinnamon stick, if desired. This is usually a good idea since it helps to mask the taste of cannabis and butter (unless you enjoy that flavor).

Step 6: After three minutes, remove the teabag from the mixture.

Step 7: Smell your tea. It’s ready to drink if you like the flavor! If you don’t like the flavor, try adding extra honey, cinnamon, or other additives to make the tea more palatable.

Making Cannabis Tea From Ground Cannabis

What You’ll Require

  • 1 gram of ground cannabis

  • 1 teaspoon of butter (unsalted is best) Alternatively, coconut oil

  • Teabags or loose leaf tea infusers can be used to steep loose leaf tea.

  • A water-boiling pot or kettle

  • 4 cups of water

  • Other flavoring components you prefer, such as honey, milk, or cinnamon

  • A cup to sip from

  • A spoon

  • A fine sieve or cheesecloth, as well as a rubber band

Instructions

Step 1: Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in your saucepan. Once it’s boiling, add a spoonful of butter or coconut oil and let it melt fully.

Step 2: Place one gram of ground cannabis in the boiling saucepan and reduce the heat to a simmer.

Step 3: Simmer this mixture for fifteen minutes.

(Be careful, depending on the size of your cup, you may have more liquid than it can hold.)
