Grilled Cheese 'Shroom'-wich

Get ready for the ultimate comfort food: Grilled Cheese 'Shroom'-wiches!

These ooey-gooey sandwiches are loaded with melted cheese, psilocybin mushrooms, and crispy bread, making them the perfect lunch or dinner option.

Trust us, you won't be able to resist this cheesy goodness.

Servings: 2
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 15 minutes

* 4 slices of high-quality sourdough bread
* 200 grams of your preferred cheese
* 2 tablespoons of red onion marmalade
* 1 gram of ground psilocybin mushrooms
* Olive oil
* High-quality butter

1. Spread butter evenly on all slices of bread.
2. Place the cheese on top of two slices of bread.
3. Sprinkle half of the ground mushrooms on each cheese layer.
4. Spread the red onion marmalade on the other two slices of bread.
5. Create two sandwiches by pressing together one cheese slice and one marmalade slice, making sure the buttered sides are on the outside.
6. Heat a griddle pan and fry each sandwich on each side for 3-4 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
7. Slice each sandwich in half.

Pro tip: Best served with a side salad, pickles, and a cold beer.
